Preferably with 2 to 3 years cable and connector and electronic component related working experience
Strong Sales skill to develop new customer and territory
Have very good knowledge for harness cable and connector
Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment is essential
Strong interpersonal skills are required, as the successful candidate will interface with a wide range of personnel, and must possess the capacity to solve problems, resolve conflicts, and build relationships
Good communication & professional presentation skills, as well as proficient personal computer skills and excellent problem solving skills
Excellent organizational, prospecting, canvassing/territory management and closing skills
A strong working knowledge of the sales process and a focus on customer satisfaction (candidates who are responsive and empathetic to customer needs)
Self-starters with a good work ethic, the ability to work independently or as a team and a burning desire to succeed
Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures effective achievement of operation's objectives
Fluent in English is a must

Conduct activities of business development - organization, prospecting, closing skills, cold calling, and relationship building
2~3 years related experience in electronic components, experience in harness cable and connector is a plus
Excellent communication skills, self-starter approach with motivation to grow a business
Act as an Account Manager in servicing accounts
Work in dependently in managing your performance based upon goals and expectations
Multitask with the ability to learn and grow quickly
Proficiency using office equipment (computer, email, internet)

Administration  
3-5 years related working experience
Assist any related jobs from sales department, inlcuding typing sales order, trace shipment, filing, word, excel and powerpoint....etc
Assist RFQ, update cost. update shipment and process PO for purchasing department
Assist accounting department for the invoice or some administration tasks
Present the role of reception and operator
