- Preferably with 2 to 3 years cable and connector and electronic component related working experience
- Strong Sales skill to develop new customer and territory
- Have very good knowledge for harness cable and connector
- Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment is essential
- Strong interpersonal skills are required, as the successful candidate will interface with a wide range of personnel, and must possess the capacity to solve problems, resolve conflicts, and build relationships
- Good communication & professional presentation skills, as well as proficient personal computer skills and excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational, prospecting, canvassing/territory management and closing skills
- A strong working knowledge of the sales process and a focus on customer satisfaction (candidates who are responsive and empathetic to customer needs)
- Self-starters with a good work ethic, the ability to work independently or as a team and a burning desire to succeed
- Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures effective achievement of operation’s objectives
- Fluent in English is a must
